The Little Things That
Mean the Most
We believe a holiday is about more than just where you stay, it’s about how you feel. Here’s why families, couples, and friends return to us year after year:
-
Unlike large resorts filled with noisy amusements and clubs, our park has been carefully created to offer space, calm, and breathing room. The chalets are arranged across our 26 acre site with views and access to the dunes, giving you privacy and tranquillity.
-
Leave your car behind and wander straight from your chalet, across the valley and dunes, to reach Winterton’s golden sandy beach. With no main roads to cross, it’s safe for children and effortless for those who want the sea at their doorstep.
-
Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve is right on your doorstep. Home to rare wildlife, seasonal seal colonies, and some of the UK’s most beautiful coastal walks. Whether you’re birdwatching, strolling at sunset, or introducing your children to the wonders of nature, it’s an experience that stays with you.
-
Holidays are better when everyone comes along, and that includes your four-legged friends. With plenty of space to run, dog-friendly chalets, and miles of sandy shoreline, your pets will feel as welcome here as you do.

-
Just a short stroll away lies Winterton village, with its cosy cafés, a traditional 300-year-old pub, a local shop, and of course, fresh fish & chips. It’s the kind of place where you’ll soon feel at home.

Nature & Wildlife
We’re proud to be nurturing our natural surroundings, including our wildlife pond, a peaceful habitat designed to support birds, insects, amphibians, and local plant life. This pond is part of our wider commitment to caring for the environment across the estate. We’re continually planting native species, creating safe spaces for pollinators, managing our grounds responsibly, and protecting the natural dunes and valley that make the estate so special. By working with nature rather than against it, we aim to ensure Winterton Valley Estate remains a thriving haven for both our guests and the wildlife that calls it home.
