This year we have been continuing with the electrical upgrades on the estate. This has involved removing old distribution turrets and installing new switching gear to the latest standards. Tests are also carried out on all cables and on this occasion a main distribution cable needed to be replaced.

Some pictures of the Snow today. Temperatures are currently about -5’C with a wind chill of -12’C and we have got around 8-10inches of snow in areas with more on the way.

The pond and drainage works on the southern end of the estate are coming along well despite the wet weather. Although, on the plus side, the pond has filled up quickly and now just waiting for warmer and dryer weather to complete the reinstatement and seed.
